RETURN & REFUND POLICY — BATH LANE
At BATH LANE, your satisfaction is our priority.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible: • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must remain attached
• Original packaging must be preserved
For hygiene reasons, worn shapewear or intimate garments cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
BATH LANE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
